Love is the answer!

 

Martin Luther King once beautifully said: “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.” 

 

Hello beautiful soul,

 

My name is Sandra and I would like to share a little bit of my story with you: 

As a young kid, I moved around a lot and lived in Brazil, India, Egypt, and Thailand. I’m very grateful to have experienced different cultures and expanded my horizon from an early age. On the downside, my brother and I grew up in a highly abusive household. Unfortunately, my brother chose a different path than me and ended up taking his life at the young age of 25. 

 

I left home when I was 17 and moved to my home country Switzerland to do an apprenticeship in the corporate world. Many of the companies weren't the right fit for my personality, but I’m grateful for the useful skills I was able to learn and develop.

 

As a kid, I was convinced that once I’m big, I would have the power to free myself and help others who are suffering. So, at the age of 18, I began to study different types of healing modalities, started working on my shadows, and channels started opening up. I realized I was a psychic medium and an empath and pretty good at healing just by using my hands. But I felt there was something else and after searching for answers a healer told me I was a shaman. That’s when I knew I found my true calling. I love people, I love animals and I love mother earth. I believe we are all one and we all come from the same source: LOVE. And I know I’m here because I’m meant to help change lives which I already have.

After my shaman training in 2015 my spirit guides urged me to follow my dreams and path and move to New York City. So, I gathered the courage, quit my well-paid corporate job, and left into the unknown to start a new life in the big city and I don’t regret it to this day.

Also at the age of 18, I got introduced to the incredible work of family and systemic constellations in Switzerland. And I already knew, that one day I would be facilitating groups. I completed the training in 2022 in New York City and feel so blessed to be working in this field of deep healing. 

 

I’ve experienced a variety of situations that could have destroyed me. But I learned how to break through the concrete and use light and love to grow, blossom, and shine. And I strongly believe if I was able to do it, so can you. And I’m here to help you on that journey.
 

Note, that this is a commitment and investment in your healing. If you want things in your life to stay the same I’m not the right person for you. And I can only do my part if you’re willing to say yes to healing which means putting in the work. But I promise you it will be worth it.
